How do I order?
To place your order, browse products and add to your cart and place the order.
Do I pay at checkout?
No payment is required at checkout. You will be emailed an invoice from our customer service team as normal.
What are the payment terms?
We require payment on the 20th of the month following.
Items I want are on pre-order
These items might be temporarily out of stock, but they will return very quickly and will be sent to you ASAP.
Can I order pre-order and in-stock items in one order?
Yes you can! Once received, we will split your invoice and send the in-stock orders straight away, and the pre-order items once they arrive to us.
Is pricing excluding GST?
Yes, all prices exclude GST and are in NZD.
Are there minimum spends?
Yes, each product has a MOQ per item. Paper goods orders require as minimum spend of $250NZD, and other items require a minimum spend of $500.
